Auto-generated PHA Treatment Notes
The eHealthier system predominantly auto-generates PHA treatment notes as clients progress through their journey.
Editing Auto-generated Notes
Practitioners have the flexibility to edit these notes as long as they are saved as a “draft”. You can adjust the content as needed to more accurately reflect the nuances of each client’s situation.
Manual Entry of Risk Rating
It’s important to note that while most of the treatment notes are automated, the risk rating must be entered manually by the practitioner. This is typically done after conducting a comprehensive physical assessment of the patient.
