Step 1 - Login to the eHealthier Platform
Step 2 - At the top of your screen, Click My corporate and practices
Step 3 - Click on the desired Practice
Step 4 - On the right of your screen, Click the Deactivate button
Step 5 - Check the checkbox
Step 6 - Click Deactivate
