Step 1 - Login to the eHealthier Platform
Step 2 - At the top of your screen, click Patients
Step 3 - Click on the desired patient
Step 4 - Click the Edit button next to the Patient Details heading
Step 5 - Edit all necessary information and fields
Step 6 - Click Save
