The forgot password feature allows you to reset your password through our secure system.
Step 1 - Open a browser and navigate to login.ehealthier.com.au
Step 2 - Click ‘Lost password?’
Step 3 - Enter in your registered email or phone number
Step 4 - Proceed to the email/sms sent to you
Step 5 - Take note of the temporary password
Step 6 - Click the link
Step 7 - Enter the temporary password
Step 8 - Create a new password
Step 9 - Proceed to login with new password
